Conditions of Sale
All goods remain the property of robcousens until fully paid. Goods must be paid for in full prior to pick up or booking of your delivery. Payments can be made in store or over the phone with most credit cards. (Excludes Diners) Cheques will be verified as cleared prior to the shipment of goods. C.O.D not available. All stock is flat packed (Excludes floor models purchased) except where Assembly / Delivery products are purchased.

Work Orders
Terms –A minimum deposit of 20% is required with full payment and pick up within 14 days. Cancellation of the work order will attract a 20% cancellation charge on the total value of goods sold and storage fees if the order has exceeded 14 days.

Lay - by Conditions
A deposit of 20% must be paid to secure the Lay-by and full payment received with 12 weeks with equal fortnightly payments as per schedule. Final payment must be made prior to pick up or delivery of goods. Cancellation of a Lay-by will attract a 20% cancellation fee
Work Orders / Lay - by / Tax Invoices -Storage and Administration fees Will apply if fully paid for goods are not picked up or delivery arranged within the agreed time. Storage charges will apply 7 days after the agreed date at $22 per day. Storage fees also apply to fully paid goods ( Tax Invoices) after the agreed time of delivery or pickup has elapsed.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
robcousens is committed to delivering your purchase within 10 working days (subject to availability of stock and special orders). All standard deliveries are single man - door to door services only. Customers requiring a 2 man delivery must purchase an ASSIST service charged at $35. Couriers will deliver in a 3 hour window 9-12pm, 12-3pm and 3-6pm only.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Robcousens can deliver Australia wide, however the website shopping cart can only give costs for delivery within the metropolitan area of Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide.

Pricing Policy:
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 29/09/2010. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Customer Service Policy:
robcousens is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. robcousens uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from robcousens only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. robcousens provides a vast range of choices in outdoor furniture, using materials sourced from around the world. Some products: e.g. timber, stone, polished granite require maintenance. Information sheets are provided in store regarding the care and maintenance of your purchase (if required). You can also source these references on our website at www.robcousens.com.au

Environmental Effects
Caution: Effects such as wind (with respect to umbrellas) glass breakage (aluminium furniture)and failure to oil timber products or seal stone and granite tables is not covered by Limited Warranties issued by any manufacturer as they are environmental forces. Manufacturers warranty covers the deviation of any production piece that does not comply to the design standard of the product. Please read carefully and retain your warranty documents after your date of purchase.

Security Policy
When purchasing from robcousens your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Warranty
Faulty goods will be replaced under the specified Warranty with the same or like product. Customers who do not purchase delivery are responsible for the return of faulty goods for inspection or pickup and delivery can be purchased. Each product carries a Warranty card which outlines what is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Rust, Wind damage, Glass Breakage, Timber bleeding or daily wear and tear on Stone or other relative products are not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Products sold as seconds are sold at an agreed price, respective of the condition of the goods, ‘as is’. Warranties are not available from the supplier with regards to all seconds products sold. In the event of a Warranty claim Please contact the place of purchase, you will need to produce proof of purchase and photo evidence of the claim.

Refunds
A refund cannot be granted unless goods are returned in a saleable condition and a proof of purchase is produced. No refunds are available on Sale items unless deemed defective. Please note that delivery costs to and from robcousens are not refundable commodities. Refunds will only be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
